Meet The Team

Terry Musson – Managing Director

Terry Musson is the Managing Director of the Amberon business and also JT&M Signs. Terry has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the Amberon business and has been heavily involved in the professionalisation of the business, with many systems and process improvements put in place to enable the business to be reactive and adaptable. Amberon have ambitious growth plans which will see the business continue to expand its portfolio of depots

Daniel East – Commercial Director

Dan East sits on the main board of the Group and is responsible for driving growth through the Amberon business. Dan oversees the Commercial, Sales and Marketing functions of the business, identifying new opportunities and expanding the network of depot locations.

Ryan Harris – Regional Director

Ryan Harris is the Regional Director for the Amberon business in the South West of England. Ryan’s operational span covers 6 depots. Ryan is proud to say he was one of the first employees of Amberon Ltd and has been involved in many changes over the years.

Dane Lacey – Regional Manager

My responsibility are for the Wales region which covers 7 depots from Anglesey to Newport. I have a wealth of Traffic Management experience and offer expert advice to clients in Wales on large schemes as well as smaller works.

Jeff Quimby – HSEQ Manager

Jeff Quimby is responsible for ensuring the HSEQ is maintained, undertaking and collating the results of measuring and monitoring activities to ensure the board is kept informed, along with opportunities to improve. He coordinates the planning and execution of internal and external audits of the HSEQ management system. Utilising innovation to ensure we improve group-wide process, whilst continuing to lead the way within our industry, he ensures Amberon has a system in place for hazard identification and risk assessment. He also determines controls and coordinate the development and maintenance of Amberons HSEQ objectives, targets and programmes including training requirements and also ensure that accidents are reported where required under the RIDDOR regulations.

Chris Dawber – Regional Manager North

I have worked for Amberon Traffic Management since 2014 where I started work as a CAD Technician out of what is now my Manchester Depot. My progression saw me work in a multitude of roles, from Contracts Manager to Depot Manager before being handed the opportunity to become the Regional Manager for the North in 2018. Since then we have grown the Region significantly from 2 Depots, Nantwich & Manchester to 5, adding Leeds first, our fastest growing depot, Merseyside and most recently Stockton on Tees. My role primarily is to maximise the profitability of all my Depots in what is an already very busy Northern Region whilst maintaining the highest levels if Health and Safety across all that we do.

Phillip Spooner – Bid Manager

Phillip Spooner is Bid Manager for Amberon and identifies suitable Traffic Management opportunities via numerous publications and e-portals reviewing their suitability and once confirmed as a good fit for Amberon Ltd manages the process of collating and submitting a competitive and attractive offering to the prospective clients. Phil manages a small team of two, consisting of a Bid Co-Ordinator and a Legal Affairs Assistant who between them support the review and completion of Tenders and Supplier Questionnaires whilst also ensuring that any contractual risk to the business is mitigated.

Jamie Rosser – Commercial Manager

The role of Commercial Manager differs day to day encompassing tasks such as managing key client relationships both new and existing. Pricing and negotiating new contracts, working closely with the operational and bid team. Working closely with the Commercial team to produce depot and regional plans and forecasts. The role differs and develops in order to meet the needs of the company.

Robyn Webb – Marketing

Robyn leads the Marketing department and is responsible for reaching the company’s marketing goals and objectives. Robyn creates and implements marketing material including case studies, presentations and internal communications. Robyn also manages the company’s social media platforms developing and advertising content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Very recently Robyn has proudly become Social Value Champion. Robyn will report to Commercial Director Dan East.
